Uno degli orti \u00e8 @su_scrixoxiu<\/a> un grande appezzamento tra Sant\u2019Antioco e Calasetta, dove si coltivano molte delle verdure e ortaggi alla base della cucina locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su scrixoxiu in sardo indica uno scrigno al cui interno \u00e8 custodito un grande tesoro. Quale tesoro pi\u00f9 prezioso dei prodotti della terra?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un tesoro ottenuto con duro lavoro e impegno costante. Proprio come quello dei ragazzi di su scrixoxiu, Ester e Mattia e i piccoli di casa Antonio e Diana \u2665\ufe0f sempre presenti tra cura delle piante e faticosa raccolta quotidiana. Fatica ma pure soddisfazione che si legge chiara nel loro sguardo quando ci raccontano della loro attivit\u00e0; cura per la coltivazione che si traduce in un metodo quanto pi\u00f9 possibile biologico e naturale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the tours \u201cFrom garden to table\u201d we will visit different local gardens and taste their delicacies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the gardens is @su_scrixoxiu<\/a> a large plot of land between Sant’Antioco and Calasetta, where many of the vegetables that are part of the local cuisine are grown. In Sardinian Su Scrixoxiu means a treasure chest containing a great treasure. What treasure could be more precious than the products of the earth?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A treasure obtained with hard work and constant commitment. Just like the guys of Su Scrixoxiu, Ester and Mattia and the little ones Antonio and Diana \u2665\ufe0f always present taking care of the plants and the hard daily harvest. Hard work but also satisfaction that is clear in their eyes when they tell us about their activity; care for cultivation translated into a method as organic and natural as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
